Geography and consumer rules
This policy applies to orders of food supplements placed from this site. Mandatory rights in your country of residence (including in the EEA and United Kingdom where applicable) may add to or override parts of this text; those rights are not reduced here. Return eligibility is based on contract and consumer law, not on any product claim about wellbeing or health.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons, starting from the day you receive the goods, unless an exception applies (for example sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection reasons once opened, if applicable).
Return conditions
Returned products should be unused, in original packaging where reasonably possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We may refuse a refund if the goods show damage beyond handling necessary to inspect them.
